The grapes here are not doing much better but I would say the are holding there own. Blackberries and the rest of the berry families are doing fine. It just seems the Peach, Plum and Nectarine trees are the one's that are in a state of yuck, best I can put it. Apples and Pear trees are doing great, loaded with fruit. Sure am going to miss the soft fruits.
So what to do, do you give up, re plant, try to repair, yes this is my choice as the trees are going on 9 years old. You can get rid of this the next year with hard work, careful maintenance and luck. Pruning hardy, making sure to remove all old carcasses from the tree, spraying on time and a whole lot of help from mother nature as in just enough rain, not to much and not too little. I well maintain them this year in hopes of next, if they fail then I can remove and re plant if desired good chance I will not if it comes to that, getting to old now to start from scratch with new trees.

Sure wish I was in a zone that I could plant lemon, Paw-Paw you know some exotic fruits but I am not....

How is your fruit doing??
